For the Love of Rowing! Pilates Rowing part 1

The collaboration with the one and only Andrea Maida continues! We had so much fun talking Pulling Straps on the Reformer with you all last week. And this week we begin our tour through the Rowing Series.

This series will take us three weeks to get through and we will start with Shave and Hug, also known as, Rowing 5 and 6. You can take a look at my original “how to” here.

I love the Rowing series! It is tough for sure, but it really sets you up for the whole Reformer workout. Check out my joy and tips here and Andrea’s here.
