Pilates Stomach Massage-why do they loathe you?

This week’s Pilates collaboration with Andrea Maida brings us to one of the most hated Pilates exercises around-Stomach Massage!

Now, I will admit when I first became a Pilates instructor I strongly disliked Stomach Massage. But, then after time it kind of grew on me. Not just because I got better at it. No, because it was allowing me to do so many other Pilates exercises better!
