DESCRIPTION: When you lift one foot off even one inch does your whole bridge fall down? I know mine has been struggling for almost 10 years… until now! After hearing from you last week I found many of us struggle to not fall out of our bridge when we lift a leg. And, it’s not only frustrating but it disconnects us from our center and the exercise. In this week’s class we play with how the Shoulder Bridge strengthens many of the Pilates exercises and how so many exercises prepare us for Shoulder Bridge. And, by the time you get there maybe you’ll be able to find a little extra lift, support and connection. I know I had an a-ha moment. Join me for this week’s class and find a little more Shoulder Bridge!
PS: if you only love Pilates and never do any other workouts this will still rock your Pilates body. So, you don’t have to be a runner, cyclist or gym rat to enjoy!
LENGTH: All mat classes are 30 minutes long.
LEVEL: They are all levels but this one will feel like an intermediate flow.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Just your awesome self and a mat.
