Cambodia Pilates Retreat to Angkor, Siem Reap – March 8-13, 2020
your angkor adventure – safe, fun and unforgettable
A Quick Note from Lesley
The first time I traveled from Los Angeles to Cambodia was one of the most exhilarating experiences of my life! Almost immediately after I landed I knew I felt at home. After a whirlwind of exploring and temple touring, I decided I was coming back and bringing friends – which is how we ended up taking an apartment building in Siem Reap. Now we go back multiple times each year with a new group of amazing people to stay at our place, dive deep into our personal fitness journies, eat local food and tour the thousand-year-old temples. I can’t wait to go back – and you should join us!

A Sneak Peek
Dive deep into your Pilates practice with Lesley Logan and walk through the temples of Angkor Wat and many other Temples at our retreat space on a 6 day/5 night stay in Siem Reap, Cambodia, March 8th through the 13th, 2020. Bring your friend or partner, because there will be 2 people in each room. We do have rates for travel partners who want the experience of travel and touring but not the Pilates. Just ask!
If you prefer to stay in a hotel in Siem Reap, there is still a spot for you. Off-site retreaters will enjoy all the activities listed below. You are responsible for finding your accommodations and tuk-tuk rides to/from the retreat center (I have plenty of tips for you) however, your meals, Pilates, workshops and temple tours would be included!
This retreat is more than just a vacation halfway around the world; it’s a trip to the Center of the Universe. Angkor was once the largest kingdom in southeast Asia. The Temple Bayon is famous for being the Temple with four faces. In the highest tower (which we will be visiting) you will find yourself in the absolute center of what was the Khmer Empire, at the time considered the literal Center of the Universe. Our personal tour guide truly makes the trip an experience you will not forget. Be prepared to not only see the Temples at their best time but enjoy private trips to secret spaces of Angkor (including seeing one of the only Buddhas left!) Also, don’t be surprised if you end up with pictures taken by our tour guide. They have an eye for the best pics for you to remember your trip so you don’t have to keep your camera out the whole time.
We also will get off the beaten path and be part of a lunch offering to the local monks. An incredible experience that words cannot express. This pagoda is home to almost 200 monks.
And, depending on her schedule, we will get a blessing from my favorite nun Gramma Ak. Last trip we were lucky to have her meet our group and bless each one of us in the jungle!
Along with tours of the Temples, we will be doing daily Pilates classes, and two Pilates workshops focused on honing your at-home Pilates practice. It doesn’t matter your Pilates practice level, every person leaves with new connections and understandings of their own personal Pilates practice. It’s amazing what can happen in a week of regular practice. I’ve had participants who have never done a class leave ready to take their Pilates practice with them and also had Pilates instructors discover new ways to do exercises they thought they couldn’t.
There will also be plenty of time to spend time by yourself to explore the beauty of Siem Reap each day and at night after dinner. Don’t be surprised if you end up making new friends among your retreaters and find yourself trying a bug or buying all your Holiday presents at the market!
There is only space for 24 guests on my retreats, 12 of which can stay on-site. The other 12 can stay off-site at hotels nearby.
This trip is worth sharing with someone you know, and spaces will go quickly.
Please email me if you have any questions. I can’t wait to take this trip with you!
A magical, true wellbeing experience! Lesley's diverse retreat schedule of Pilates classes, workshops, sunrise tours of Angkor Wat, mind-blowing visits to Buddhist monasteries was delivered at a pace that allowed ample time for additional holistic therapies and exploration, or I could simply relax in the lush nature and tranquil pace of life, Cambodian style! Lesley's local knowledge and her tour guides offered a rich insight into the history and religion of Cambodia. Her Pilates classes provided inspiration, knowledge, and passion for my Pilates practice, offering lots of support and encouragement.
Last year I checked off my bucket list a visit to Siem Reap Cambodia, and I did it with Lesley and Brad on their Pilates Retreat. The couple was warm and welcoming, and the vibe they set made everyone feel like one big family on a great adventure. The Pilates was challenging for me, but Lesley was a good and encouraging teacher. And the tours to the temples were amazing. It was as if we were seeing the temple with a close friend. I was traveling alone but never felt lonely. As I continued on my journey through Cambodia, I carried with me the love and joy I found at the retreat.
It was a Fabulous Pilates training with Lesley Logan at Cambodia. Loved the healthy food and our local restaurant cook. The visit to the temples was just perfect, not too long and not too short and our guides were so nice and treated us like family. I never imagined Cambodia would be such a great place to visit, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Loved the $2.00 massages at the Market!
The Pilates retreat to Cambodia was incredible! The trip was an amazing opportunity to strengthen my knowledge and practice of Pilates, as well as experience the ancient temples of Siem Reap like a local. The yoga and meditation retreat was beautiful and tranquil and the vegetarian food was delicious. Lesley and Brad were incredibly hospitable and organized, and the schedule and pace of the retreat flowed seamlessly. I feel very fortunate to have been able to experience Cambodia in such an exciting and unique way.
In New York we forget… [but here we said] let’s just take this hour to not have our phones, not worry about time or anything… let’s just focus on you. It’s been really great to come here [to Cambodia] and physically feel it. To put my feet back and touch the floor, because I can do that [Pilates move] now, has just been like, “Yes, personal gain!”
